olx14 personnel will never request your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from olx14 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to olx14 support immediately.
All transactions and activities conducted under your olx14 Account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you. Where unauthorised access is suspected, you must notify olx14 immediately via the live chat support channel. olx14 will investigate all reported security incidents; however, olx14 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.
olx14 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
olx14 currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa debit/credit cards. All deposits are processed and credited to your olx14 Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to any transaction.
The minimum deposit across all supported payment methods is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees two hundred). There is no maximum deposit limit; however, olx14 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence measures for large deposits.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your olx14 Account balance in real time upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule and may take between 5 minutes and 60 minutes. Visa card deposits typically process within 5 minutes of submission.
You may not deposit funds from a payment method that is not registered in your own name or from a joint account without documented co-ownership. Deposits originating from third parties — including family members — are prohibited and may trigger an Account review and withdrawal restriction until the source of funds is clarified.
No Fees: olx14 charges no fees on any deposit transaction. All payment processing costs are absorbed by the Platform. You should verify whether your payment provider (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or your bank) applies any outgoing transfer fees, as these are outside olx14's control.
Withdrawals from your olx14 Account are available to Players who have completed KYC verification, have a positive Real Money Balance, and are not subject to any active Account restriction. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit or to a payment method verified as belonging to the Account holder.

The terms applicable to each individual promotion take precedence over these general bonus provisions. Where no specific terms are displayed, the general provisions of this Section 7 apply.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus amounts credited to your olx14 Account carry a wagering requirement before they may be converted to Real Money Balance available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times). Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent Account closure.
Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not activated within 30 calendar days of crediting, and wagering requirements not completed within 30 days of bonus activation, will expire and be removed from the Account without compensation.

olx14 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from use of the Platform regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which olx14 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the olx14 internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the relevant gaming regulatory authority.
